1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the abc22 platform ("Platform") and its users ("User" or "you"). By accessing, browsing or using the abc22 website, you agree to comply with all these terms.

abc22 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides sports betting, casino games, live games and various other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to any service, product or activity offered by abc22.

These Terms are read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines — both documents together form a complete legal agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the abc22 platform.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use the services on abc22. Use of this platform by minors (those under 21) is strictly prohibited. abc22 may request age verification documents at any time and reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of bonus benefits and closure of the account. If more than one member of the same household uses the same device or network, this must be reported to abc22.

2.3 Registration Information

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name (as shown on your national identity card)
• Correct date of birth
• Valid mobile number and email address
• Current residential address

Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds and pending winnings.

3. Account Verification

abc22 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure a safe and responsible gaming environment. You may be required to verify your identity before making a withdrawal or completing transactions above certain limits.

3.1 Required Documents

• Scanned copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

abc22 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until the verification process is complete. All information provided for verification purposes is kept strictly confidential and secure.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

abc22 currently supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits made through third parties or from someone else's account are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. The maximum deposit limit depends on the user's account type and level of verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the abc22 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

abc22 offers new users a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳34,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, for a total of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus. Note: wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies only to eligible users making their first deposit after registration.
• No user may claim the benefit of a single promotion more than once.
• abc22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• abc22 reserves the right to immediately forfeit the bonus from any account suspected of bonus fraud.

5.4 Other Promotions

Other promotional offers, including regular cashback and VIP benefits, have their own separate terms which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. General terms apply in all cases.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

All users of the abc22 platform must use the services honestly and fairly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to operate games.
• Accessing another user's account or attempting to hack it.
• Any manipulation or exploitation of the platform's software or systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Coordinating with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing or withdrawing using third-party funds.
• Intimidating, threatening or harassing abc22 staff.

If any of the above activities are detected, abc22 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account, forfeit funds and take legal action if necessary.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Bets confirmed by the abc22 system are considered final. abc22 reserves the right to review and cancel bets affected by technical issues where necessary. Bets placed due to the user's own error are generally not cancelled.

7.2 Technical Errors

Any erroneous results caused by software, server or network issues will be considered void and abc22 will arrange to return the original stake for the relevant round or bet.

7.3 Sports Betting

The rules for sports betting markets depend on the specific sport and market. If a match is abandoned, postponed or does not conclude within the scheduled time, abc22 will determine the outcome of the relevant bet by following recognised industry standards.

7.4 Maximum Winnings Limit

Each bet or game may have a maximum winnings cap, which is stated in the relevant section. abc22 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusually large wins.

8. Limitation of Liability

abc22 will not be liable for any loss arising from the following:

• Gaming sessions interrupted due to internet disconnection or network issues.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to security vulnerabilities on the user's own device.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or by sharing login details with others.
• Any issues caused by third-party software or services.
• Disruption or delay caused by circumstances beyond abc22's control (force majeure).

In no event shall abc22's total liability exceed the total amount deposited by the user during the relevant period.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by abc22

abc22 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or system manipulation.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion activated at the user's own request.

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account at any time by contacting abc22 support. All pending bets must be settled and any remaining valid funds withdrawn before the account is closed.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

abc22 never sells users' personal information to third parties. However, certain information may need to be provided to the relevant authorities in order to comply with legal obligations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the abc22 platform — including logos, graphics, designs, software, text and multimedia content — is the intellectual property of abc22. No user may copy, distribute, modify or use this content for commercial purposes.

Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft and others) is protected under their respective intellectual property laws.

12. Changes to Terms

abc22 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified with reasonable advance notice via their registered email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as the user's acceptance of the updated terms. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page.

13. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between abc22 and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion. To do this, the user must submit a complaint through the support channel.

Decisions may be finalized after abc22's internal review process has begun. abc22's decision shall be considered final in resolving all disputes, unless both parties agree otherwise.

Users should preserve all possible evidence — such as screenshots, transaction IDs, and dates — before submitting a complaint.
